My life began in New York to Italian and Jewish parentage with a strong family heritage.  As a young man, I traveled to Chile, South America on a student exchange program then moved to Madrid, Spain where I received both BA and MA degrees at Universidad de Madrid, before returning to the United States.  American DevCo Realty was founded in 1980 to develop and sell residential real estate and later renamed Trading Places Realty.  Under my direction 5 condominium projects have been converted and sold, 20 residential subdivisions have been developed, thousands of homes built, and one commercial development completed.  I serve on Shelby County Land Use Control Board, served as Chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Memphis & also as a member of the Developer’s Council.

I am always looking to future projects and continuing a reputation built on more than 27 years of creating communities in desirable locations and selling homes of lasting value.  During my time away from the office, I enjoy the activities of a busy family with my wife, 3 grown children, 3 grandsons and a granddaughter, singing in the church choir, traveling, sailing, flying and car racing.
