CUSTOMER SERVICE:

During the construction of the home, there are numerous informal inspections made by the builder and homebuyer and frequent discussions regarding the step by step home building process. Therefore in the last days of construction, most concerns and issues have been dealt with already. When the house has been completed, the builder and homebuyer walk through the house, paying special attention to detail, the builder acquaints the homebuyer with maintenance tips for the home and the homeowner's responsibilities to maintain the quality craftsmanship of the home. Any items of concern are noted and within a matter of a few days the list is complete and a firm closing date is set.

WARRANTY:

Lagonia Homes offers a written Limited One Year Builder's Warranty.
